Falcons and Wolves, oh MY!
(due to days off change, this is the last battle for a bit)

The Night Gyr and Timberwolf pour weapons fire into the left torso of teh sleeping cauldron born, finishingthe job... the remaining wolves move away in preperation for what they hope is an orderly retreat.... |

The remaining Cauldron Born lost a leg, but stood to fight, while the Jags ignored him and concentrated fire on the Loki, making it weaponless and forcing it to flee with but two IS in the CT... |
In an act of suicidle battle lust (or commander foolishness >:)
The FALCON summoner, ignoring the obvious remains of the WiE Thor nearby, races headlong into the waiting Jags. Who gave him the same exact treatment, minus the headshot. After the weapons fire he was completley armless and would surly fall the enxt round..alas I had to leave to pick up the little ones....I found out that the Grendel pilot died covering the retreat of the lone WiE Ryoken. After the smoke cleared the results were:
WiE: One Storm Crow exited. (0/1 Pilot was claimed by the Jaguars). 4 Omnis lost.
Jade Falcons: Retreated in good order, ahving gained some glory by destroying three WiE mechs, and losing none. Their Loki, Thor and Timberwolf were virtually dead for combat purposes, but managed to survive and retreat. Their Madcat II and Night Gyr were in good shape.
Void Panthers: having taken at most light damage, the remaining 4 Assault mechs and all five Elelmentals were calaculated as being too much for the remaining Falocns to have a hope of defeating. One warhammer DID have most of his leg armor on the right leg stripped...another mech had about 20 armor done to it...the Marauder and Warhawk were mint. Thus, we salvage a Grendel and Headless Thor, and parts from two Cauldron borns, and the monorail makes it home. Grat games, GUYS! |
